Best practices for ensuring meeting quality

What can I do to ensure the best quality of my meeting (connectivity, audio and video, etc.)?

The following are general suggestions on how to ensure your users have a good meeting experience:

  • Computer: try to use a relatively new computer to ensure it has enough computing power.
  • Connectivity: try to use cable instead of wireless whenever possible. Cable internet is more stable than wireless in general.
  • Headset: try to get a USB headset, and ensure you plug it in before you launch a meeting. A headset can reduce echo, and it usually has a high-quality microphone.
  • Webcam: if you would like to enable webcam in your meeting, try to use a high-definition (HD) webcam to ensure image quality.
