Resolving Mac CPU Issues

Some users on Mac computers running the Snow Leopard OS may run into issues with their computer operating very slowly during Adobe Connect sessions. If this is occurring you will see that your computer's CPU is running near or at 100% during AC sessions.

This issue is most often caused by a corrupt version of either the Adobe Connect Add-in or Adobe Flash. Replacing (removing then re-installing) the Connect Add-in has solved the problem in most cases.

Please refer to this Adobe Connect support article for more information.
