eClass Support Portal Upgrade

Attention eClass users,

This is an alert that there will be a scheduled maintenance outage for the eClass Support portal on Tuesday, May 29th from 9:00AM - 1:00PM. The server infrastructure will be upgraded during this outage.

During the outage users may experience intermittent slow performance and/or pages may fail to load in the Knowledge Base for eClass. In addition, links that point to the eClass support portal (for example, the ‘Help’ link inside of eClass) will not function during this outage.

Users can still submit support tickets for eClass assistance by email or contact us by phone.

Access to eClass and eClassLive will be unaffected by this outage.
