RESOLVED: eClass Impacts of Peoplesoft Outage June 15th 2018

Attention eClass Users,
This outage was resolved at 6:30PM Friday June 15th and full service was restored.
The U of A is currently experiencing an outage in Bear Tracks (Peoplesoft). During this interruption, users will not be able to perform any of the following eClass functions:
In addition during the outage, new CCID user accounts will not be created on eClass.
Regular instructor and student access to eClass is not affected by this outage.
IST is working with the Bear Tracks (Peoplesoft) vendor to resolve this issue as fast as possible. If you have any questions about this issue, please contact us at email@example.com.
